Whether booking an Elite Holiday home for business or relaxing getaways, your time is valuable and you deserve to enjoy your Elite Holiday home without the worry of shopping for groceries and drinks.

At My Holiday Concierge, we offer you the ability to order on-line, with a team member collecting your goods and have them not only delivered to your Elite Holiday home prior to your arrival, but put away in the fridge/freezer/pantry so you can relax as soon as you get there.

  • Groceries in your Pantry

    Don’t waste time shopping while on holiday have your groceries stocked in your pantry for your arrival. Price $50 for orders under $250. Orders over $250 equals 20% of your grocery bill.

    What a fantastic service you offer! When holidaying in a rental – its hard to organise all the little things like shopping, how you are going to get to a theme park and back, how to get to & from the airport, and what to cook for up to 10 people when it’s the last thing you feel like doing.
    Having you organise a chef that was more than capable of attending to all our dietary requirements and made sure we eat the freshest and most delicious produce, as well as having our drinks and nibbles delivered and chilling in the fridge prior to our arrival – was a HUGE relief and from the moment we landed – we didn’t have to worry about anything!

Even making a personal pick up of specific food was no problem. Also organised our kayak hire. Highly recommend this service.

Bel, I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help with our stay at Opulence in Broadbeach. The trip was a surprise mini holiday for my team at work, so only I knew what was in store for us all. It was so fantastic to turn up to the property and have our fridge fully stocked and ready to go, particularly given that we were running our very own My Kitchen Rules competition, with the first team kicking off pretty much as soon as we arrived. More importantly, it was even better to have the beer/drinks fridges fully stocked with cold drinks and this was a huge tick in the box for my ever thirsty colleagues! It was also super handy to have the beach towels provided My Holiday Concierge, so we could travel a little lighter. The service you provide is fabulous.
